Once upon a time in the Kingdom of Denmark, Robbin Harms was born in the summer of 1981.. now 27 years later Robbin has grown to be among the worlds best Supersport riders. With the combination of his colorful personality and unique ridingstyle he is known as one of the absolute most spectacular and entertaining riders.
Racing and traks were always a natural part of Robbins life. Growing up in a motorcycle shop in Copenhagen and the tracks in Scandinavia, he watched his father, and later his big brother, race and achieve many accolades. At the age of 3 Robbin crosschecked the paddocks on his three wheel bicycle, and later at the age of 5, barely able to touch the ground his parents finally gave in and let him borrow his brothers 50 cc. Motocross bike. Later, at the tender age of 10, he began to ride competitively in 80cc. road racing. And this was the start of Robbin´s racing career.
Ever since he has followed the fire in his heart for racing and has been unstopable by winning the Danish and the Scandinavian Championship in his teens, before making his move to the European Championship at the age of 14, as the youngest rider ever - and scored points! In the following years Robbin finished several times on the podiums while participating in almost every national and European championship counting.
At the age of 22 Robbin made one of his goals come true entering the World Championhip in 125cc. Aiming higher Robbin upgraded to 600cc Supersport World Championship, where he rides today.
Robbin has already marked his name in history several times, as the only Dane ever to win podium positions in the World Championships as a professionel rider.
In Harms Way..acchieving what seemed impossible, in his own style and always following his heart to do what he loves: Racing!
A bright future waits ahead. The frame is set now and there is so much more to achieve. So much more happiness to obtain. The world, the new goals and adventures are waiting to be grasped ahead.
